Welcome to restaurant Fiesta Mexicana.

Since 1981, located along the pacific coast of Jalisco, on the beautiful beach of Tenacatita, the restaurant Fiesta Mexicana is a rustic and open palapa construction which provides a water front view and the fresh ocean breeze.

Fiesta Mexicana offers delicious seafood in a clean and friendly atmosphere. The fish is caught daily by local fisherman. The menu is slightly more expensive than the other restaurants in the area (see menu) because of the quality of the food and the way the food is selected and prepared. There are no chemicals in the food which is cooked only in fresh vegetable oil (no animal oils are used) and can be ordered steamed upon request. Fiesta Mexicana is very selective using only fresh vegetables that are in season from selected farmers in the area who use safe growing methods. We try not to use any canned foods. The water that is used to clean the food and the plates is purified. The kitchen is open for inspection.

The famous "Rollo del Mar"- a seafood stuffed fish fillet roll, topped with an almond sauce" is a favorite.
